Description: Formerly a hospital unit, this brownfield site achieved planning permission through appeal. Cook & Cook were engaged by Aspire Residential, a local developer, to provide contract administration. In addition to preparing tender documentation and contracts, services included principal designer (CDM) duties. Upon the appointment of a contractor, Cook & Cook supervised the project to manage quality control and ensure the works were delivered on time.
