Description: This neglected Victorian school building boasted a number of attractive features alongside a fantastic setting in the heart of a village. Looking to create a unique family home, our client initially engaged Cook & Cook to prepare a planning application. Upon planning approval, our services were extended to discharge all planning conditions. Working drawings were then prepared; this included a full set of building regulation plans alongside construction drawings such as external joinery details and bathroom elevations.
