Description: Earmarked to become the new location of a start-up pharmaceutical company, these substantial yet dilapidated agricultural buildings required extensive work to create a bespoke factory and office space. Initially, a planning application was prepared in conjunction with Cheffins. Upon receipt of planning approval Cook & Cook worked closely with the tenant to develop working drawings to transform the building into a modern two storey commercial premises.
