Description: Belonging to a local resident, this vacant parcel of land on the village boundary presented an ideal site for a number of individual homes. Cook & Cook were initially engaged to prepare a full planning application for three self-build properties; this included preparing plans and associated documentation, along with liaising with specialist consultants. Upon approval, Cook & Cook were then engaged by three separate self-build clients to provide design and construction management services.
