Description: These Grade II* listed properties were located on a narrow lane close to the college grounds. As part of a building programme to upgrade their residential portfolio, Corpus Christi engaged a range of services to help take this project through the planning, design and construction phases. Works included extensive repairs to the historic fabric of the building alongside the construction of new basements to create two individual three bedroom townhouses for the rental market.
