Description: Located close to the river Cam, this brownfield site housed a number of dilapidated garages and was ideal for redevelopment. Planning permission was granted for two contemporary blocks comprising six individual units and under-croft parking. A local developer engaged our services to value engineer the scheme before discharging planning conditions and preparing working drawings. The construction phase was also managed by Cook & Cook to provide a turn-key package for the client.
